Delivery

  • Delivery Area: Delivery is available throughout Ukraine.
  • Carrier: We work with Nova Poshta, and delivery within Ukraine is free.

 

Payment

You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:

  • Credit card on the website through a secure payment system.
  • Bank transfer using IBAN details.

 

Exchange and Return Conditions

  • Product Inspection upon Receipt: After inspecting the product at the Nova Poshta warehouse, accepting the product, and signing the delivery note, no claims regarding the quality of the product will be accepted.
  • Product Return: In accordance with the Ukrainian Law "On Consumer Protection," you have the right to return or exchange a product of appropriate quality within 14 days after receiving it.

 

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • The product must not have been used, must retain its original appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and receipt.
  • The product must be on the list of items eligible for exchange and return.
